We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship Monday - Friday excluding Holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our processing time is 3-5 business days. This does not include the day you placed the order. All  U.S. orders will receive free shipping over $100 and up. 

since we use 100% soy wax you may experience some frosting on your candles and that's perfectly fine. It is a sign that you are using 100% natural wax.
