SHIPPING & RETURNS
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship on Mondays & Thursdays. Holiday shipping days and times will vary. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our processing time is 1-3 business days. This does not include the day you placed the order. Processing time is subject to change depending on production. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 and up.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not currently accept returns. All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a product or products because you don't like the fragrance. We will do our best to provide detailed fragrance descriptions. We recommend gifting it to a friend or relative that would enjoy the fragrance. We are not responsible for damaged product during transit. However, it happens and we will work with you on the issue/problem. Please email photos of the damaged product(s) to our email within 3 days after receiving your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if you receive confirmation that your package was delivered and you haven't received your package. If it is determined that your package is lost or stolen then we will file a claim with the USPS. We are not responsible for incorrect emails or addresses. You will be responsible for the shipping cost when and if returned. Please be sure all information is correct before submitting/finalizing your order.
